All running classes meet at River Legacy Park in Arlington.

Saturday mornings at 7:30 a.m.

Tuesday/Thursday at 6 p.m.

Allow about an hour for each workout.

Allow two hours on Saturday mornings
beginning at 7:30 a.m. and
one hour on Monday/Wednesday at 6 p.m.

27 Training Sessions for $135.

*Recommended for runners who have
completed a 5K or can run an
hour without stopping.

  • What’s your preference? Rock n’ Roll (Dallas), Benbrook ½, Cowtown 1/2 (Fort Worth), Moe’s Better Half (San Marcos), White Rock Half (Dallas), The Texas Half (Dallas), America’s Run at Arlington Stadium, etc.

  • Like T-shirts? Run a half and wear it with pride!
  • There are more women who run halves than men – gotta be a prettier race than 26.2!
  • Before you can complete a marathon, you have to be able to run a half.
